The OPP CPP laminating film roll is a food grade plastic film roll, with high sealing hermetic. the inner sealing layer- CPP film is an co-extruded polypropylene film, one side slipped as the sealing layer, and other side treated with Corona, the heat seal temperature 130-140dddhhhC. So this OPP CPP film roll would be CPP film laminated barrier material OPP film. The ideal flexible OPP CPP film packaging would be instead of traditional single material packaging, and the cost will not rise.it is more known as food grade plastic film rll, when to make pouch, it worked on auto packaging machine, the OPP CPP film roll has low heat sealing temperature property, so could be turn down to a lower temperature, and high speed. as it is left from factory, the OPP CPP film roll would be test by QC depart, and goes with a testing report for laminating plastic film roll, the detail properties would be seen, the thickness, heat sealing temperature, the tensile strength & elongating at break of the OPP CPP film would be display for clients, and also the OPP CPP film roll should be safe to contact food. The certification would be requested from Customer Care, if needed. the printing logo usually be on outside of the laminating film roll, and the inner side CPP film to be sealed. the OPP laminated with CPP film processed in hygienic place, and should be worked in hygienic environment as a laminating pouch film roll.

 

The clients should tell the lamination purpose, the dry lamination, non-solvent lamination or PP extrusion lamination.
